Mediator Hank Jackson uses a proactive and engaged mediation approach drawing upon his 35 years of experience resolving business disputes. He is committed to understanding the positions of the parties, identifying the impediments to settlement, and finding a path forward.

A former litigation partner with Florida-based Am Law 100 and Am Law 200 law firms, Mr. Jackson has front-line experience in all phases of complex litigation. Mr. Jackson is both Board Certified in Business Litigation by the Florida Bar and has been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Civil Circuit Mediator since 2009. He is a dedicated proponent of the benefits of mediation.
