During his career, Mr. Jackson has represented individuals, closely held companies, Fortune 100 companies and government entities in litigation across Florida as well as nationally and internationally. He has tried cases before state and federal courts (jury and non-jury), administrative and regulatory agencies, and arbitration panels. He has also settled numerous cases—participating in hundreds of mediations as an attorney and mediator.
Mr. Jackson lectures and publishes on mediation, arbitration and substantive legal issues, including noncompetes, trade secrets, and disputes among owners in closely held companies—sometimes referred to business divorces.
