Mediator Hank Jackson uses a proactive and engaged mediation style utilizing his more than 35 years of experience resolving business disputes. He founded Hank Jackson PLLC - Mediation Services in 2024 to focus on resolving disputes as a mediator. He is committed to understanding the positions of the parties, identifying the impediments to settlement, and finding a path forward.
A former ligation partner with Florida-based Am Law 100 and Am Law 200 law firms, Mr. Jackson has front-line experience in all phases of complex litigation. Mr. Jackson is both Board Certified in Business Litigation by the Florida Bar and has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator (Civil Circuit) since 2009. He is a dedicated proponent of the benefits of mediation.
