Scheduling Mediation

Hank Jackson provides services as a mediator for either half-day or full day sessions that can be reserved through the online calendar on this website, emailing hank@hankjacksonlegal.com or calling 561-271-1878. Mediation may be scheduled for in-person or via Zoom. Although dates may be temporarily reserved for mediation through the online calendar, the dates are not confirmed until an engagement and confirmation letter is sent by Mr. Jackson to counsel representing the parties and any unrepresented parties.

Summary of Engagement/Rates

Although Mr. Jackson is a licensed attorney, the services he provides as a mediator are only as a neutral. He is not an attorney or advocate for any party to the mediation. His hourly rate is $500 per hour to be split between the parties. This will include time spent in the mediation session, telephone conferences and reviewing submitted materials prior to the mediation session, and any needed follow-up communications after the mediation session. Payment is the responsibility of the counsel representing the parties and, if unrepresented, the parties themselves.

Confidentiality/ Privacy Policy

Mediation is confidential pursuant to and in accordance with applicable Florida law. Information provided by you through the online calendar, including name, phone, email, law firm, your role and style of case, will be used only by Hank Jackson PLLC and only in connection with providing or offering you mediation services.

Other Services
